Michael Jackson Meets Balmain

I know I say this a lot, but this time, I truly mean it:  This jacket is BY FAR the coolest piece of vintage I have ever found in my life.  In the few days I've had it, I've already worn it to an event, to the grocery store (people stared) and to the vet.   Honestly, I don't ever want to take it off.  My good friend Christina described it best when she said it looks like, "Michael Jackson meets Balmain." Bingo.

Sadly, I always have an immense amount of guilt when I keep something that should be going into my store, so I put it up for sale (sorry for the super high price tag.  I am secretly hoping I can hold on to it for just a little longer).

Jorge shot this look along Biscayne bay, overlooking the Miami skyline.  It's a beautiful view, and I often go there to walk after an exceptionally trying day at the VM office.  It's soothing.

If you haven't taken advantage of our amazing $10 vintage sale, you should!  After all, it only comes around once a year!

Wearing:  vintage military fringe jacket, vintage white dress, handbag c/o The Rabbit Hole, Jeffrey Campbell shoes.
